⚠️ No Physical Returns

Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not accept physical returns. Customers are not required to send any product back.

💰 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  • Your item never arrived
  • There is a major issue with your order

📅 Refund Timeframe

Once your refund is approved, we will process it immediately.

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, the money may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

📦 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within the first 12 hours after purchase.

After this time, we cannot cancel an order because it has already been processed.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The customer enters the wrong address
  • The customer changes their mind after the order has shipped
  • The delivery shows as “delivered” by the carrier
